What is wedding painting, and why is it meaningful?

My live wedding painting is about preserving that special moment through art, so it can be treasured forever.

Painting live is when my heart fills with joy from connecting with others. I get to witness emotions unfolding on their faces, from uncertainty in the early brushstrokes to amazement when they finally see themselves captured in the finished piece.

I dress up for the occasion in a gowns I design especially for these events. It’s a way of joining the celebration, one of the most meaningful moments in someone’s life, as they step into a new chapter surrounded by their loved ones. And I turn all that joy into a painting that will stay with them, a keepsake of this once-in-a-lifetime day.

What makes my wedding painting special?

A personal, soulful approach

Each painting is a personal commission. I take time to understand the couple’s vision and use all my technical experience to bring it to life with care.

Materials that last a lifetime

I use professional grade materials, Winsor & Newton, Escoda, Arches, because these are artworks meant to be part of your family’s legacy.

Portraits full of emotion

I try to capture the essence of each person I paint: a signature hairstyle, a familiar accessory, the way someone smiles or glances. My hope is that the painting brings that person close again, like a little time machine of emotion, your very own Proustian madeleine.

An exclusive experience

This is not a mass production service. I only take a limited number of weddings a year because each one deserves my full heart and focus. These are portraits created with deep attention, not just pretty pictures, but emotional heirlooms.

What services do I offer?

Live Guest Portraits

I paint individual guests, couples, or families during your celebration. You can book between 3 to 10 hours. With the guest list, I plan in advance to capture as many guests as possible. Each portrait is created in watercolor and delivered in a beautiful custom box that protects it during travel.

Live Couple Portraits

This service is available in oil or watercolor. I attend the full event (8 to 10 hours) and capture the moment the couple wants to remember most, maybe their kiss, a walk hand in hand, or the first dance. The scene is chosen by the couple ahead of time.

Portraits from Photos

Perfect as gifts or when I can’t attend in person. I paint these in my studio using reference photos provided. Shipping is available.

Special Formats & Gifts

Coming soon: miniature portraits that can be gifted to guests, and larger format options in oil and watercolor that can be gifted to the couple.
